We know that now is still a great time to buy for many people due to low-interest rates, and we are happy to share that many people are taking advantage of this opportunity.
We are pleased to share that our model homes are open, and we are accepting appointments for virtual and private tours of our homes.
The health and safety of our team members, homeowners, and homebuyers remain our top concern. As such, we are continuing the additional measures that have already been enacted in response to COVID-19, including the additional cleaning and disinfecting of our model and move-in-ready homes. We are also continuing to limit the number of people allowed inside our homes to our team members, and two or three others. We would encourage our Realtor partners to participate in tours and walk-throughs via video chat at this time. We have asked our team to not come to work if they are sick, and we are also continuing our practice of asking our visitors to answer questions related to their possible exposure to coronavirus. In addition, we have provided masks to our team members.
Due to the additional restrictions in place, we ask that you reach out to our internet team to schedule your virtual or private tour at this time. If you prefer, you can also simply schedule your own visit via the form at the bottom of our neighborhood, floor plan, and move-in-ready home pages.
If you are just beginning your home search, we have an extensive library of virtual tours, video tours, and photo tours of our homes. We will be happy to help you navigate those. Please contact our internet team or chat with us via our website or any of our social media channels.
For those who are under contract, or who have already visited a community, please continue to reach out to your New Home Specialist for any questions or a follow-up visit.
We are excited to show you around our homes, and help you continue your home search in the way that makes you feel most at ease, whether virtually, or privately in a one-on-one appointment.
As the responses of our local and state governments to COVID-19 are ever-changing, we are also updating our response as necessary. Our daily operations may change from day to day, or even hour to hour in some cases.
If you make a daily pot of coffee, you have a great source to start and nourish a garden. There are three major uses for coffee grounds in your garden and we’re here to break them down.
In this time of uncertainty, we want to bring you an update on how we at Eastwood Homes are responding to concerns of Covid-19. Our primary goal is to ensure the health and safety of our team, our homebuyers, and our homeowners.
