Dear friends,
As the responses of our local and state governments to COVID-19 are ever-changing, we are also updating our response as necessary. Our daily operations may change from day to day, or even hour to hour in some cases.
We understand that now is the right time for many people to buy a home. We are here to help you virtually, and depending on the area you are focusing your home search, we may also be able to meet you on-site for a one-on-one appointment. Our company builds in communities from Virginia to Georgia, so we ask that you contact our internet team to find out the best way to move forward in your specific area.
If you are searching for your new home, that search doesn’t have to stop. We have an extensive library of photo tours, video tours, and 3D virtual tours and our team is ready to help you find your home virtually. The majority of the home purchase process can be completed online and we are here to help you navigate that process.
If you are building your new home with us, we are excited to be continuing that construction. In areas where governments have issued a “Stay at Home” order, our builders and trades are considered essential services. Your builder will be available for any questions that you may have during this time, and we are committed to you and your home. And we remain committed to communicating with you during this time, so your Builder and New Home Specialist will be in touch!
If you are an existing homeowner, customer courtesy visits as part of our Built with Care process were previously suspended to ensure the safety of our team and your families. These will be rescheduled in the future. You are welcome to contact us via our Customer Care page with any concerns that you may have.
Thank you,
Joe Stewart

If you make a daily pot of coffee, you have a great source to start and nourish a garden. There are three major uses for coffee grounds in your garden and we’re here to break them down.
In this time of uncertainty, we want to bring you an update on how we at Eastwood Homes are responding to concerns of Covid-19. Our primary goal is to ensure the health and safety of our team, our homebuyers, and our homeowners.
You’ve decided you want to improve your living situation and build a new home. But now, the big question is, where to start? One of the first questions to answer is whether you want a custom builder, semi-custom builder, or what is commonly called a production builder of inventory homes. Your decision about your builder will affect many subsequent steps in the home building process.
