For over 40 years, Eastwood Homes has been living by our mantra, ‘built with care’. We care about our staff, neighbors, and our community and now, more than ever find it in our hearts to care about our country’s healthcare workers. We greatly appreciate the medical professionals that work day in and day out, selflessly serving others during this pandemic.
During the months of April, May, and June, a portion of the proceeds of each home sold by Eastwood Homes in the Charlotte area will be donated to Atrium Health’s COVID-19 relief efforts.
We started our partnership with Levine Children’s Hospital at Atrium Health in 2008 when we saw a need in our community. We started by donating a proceed of every home sold in Charlotte to the Seacrest Studios which is located on the main floor of the children’s hospital. Seacrest Studios provides patients at the hospital with music, videos, and games throughout the day that are all streamed right into their rooms. They’ve even had several celebrity visits over the years from Panther players to singers like Selena Gomez and Imagine Dragons!
Over time, our partnership with the hospital has evolved. We started the Eastwood Homes Hospitality Cart that goes to every floor of the hospital daily to provide patients with needed essentials like soap, deodorant, and shampoo. It even has fun items like puzzles and candy for the patients and their families to enjoy at no cost!
In 2013, we decided we wanted to do even more to give back to the hospital. To raise additional funds to help with Seacrest Studios and the Hospitality Cart, we started our annual golf tournament, the Eastwood Classic. Since 2013, we’ve had the honor of donating over $484,000 to Levine’s through the Eastwood Classic. This year’s Eastwood Classic still has spots available! If you’re interested in how you can join us for a day of charity golf, head over to our golf page for more information!
In this extreme time of need, we are happy to have our donation go towards the COVID-19 relief fund at the hospital and continue to do everything and anything we can to support our community!

We are pleased to share that our model homes are open, and we are accepting appointments for virtual and private tours of our homes. Due to the additional restrictions in place, we ask that you reach out to our internet team to schedule your virtual or private tour at this time.
As the responses of our local and state governments to COVID-19 are ever-changing, we are also updating our response as necessary. Our daily operations may change from day to day, or even hour to hour in some cases.
