Rock Hill, SC Highlights
Glencairn Gardens, located in the heart of Rock Hill, has been in existence since 1928 and started in the backyard of a local resident. Today, it encompasses more than 11 acres and has blooms year-round from a variety of native plants.
Rock Hill is a city of amazing parks! Favorites include Cherry Park for baseball and softball, River Park for access to the Catawba River and over 3.5 miles of trails, and Manchester Meadows for great soccer fields.
The Rock Hill Outdoor Center is an incredible collection of public outdoor spaces which in combination create one of the most dynamic spaces in the region! Biking enthusiasts from novice to expert can hone their skills at the Giordana Velodrome, Supercross BMX Track, and Rock Hill Criterium Course. Plus, trails along the Catawba River connect to the trail system at River Park.
It's modern and comfortable.
I love the floor plan and the design. It's modern and comfortable. I never planned on getting a town home but this one is nice and spacious.

As a first-time builder, it was an incredible experience.
As a first-time builder, it was an incredible experience. The staff is professional, accessible and knowledgeable of all aspects of the building process. They are friendly and accommodating throughout the process. We had access to see the building during the build. It was a great overall experience as a first-time builder.”

Eastwood consistently exceeds my expectations
Tori was excellent and always quick to respond and extremely helpful. Chad was amazing, very responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. I never felt like a burden even with my questions. Eastwood consistently exceeds my expectations. This is my second Eastwood home, and it's consistently above board. Excellent quality and even better customer service.
