CHARLOTTE, NC – February 24, 2016 Eastwood Homes, a privately- held home builder founded in Charlotte, NC in 1977 announces its 15,000th home closing. The company will celebrate this incredible milestone by recognizing a homeowner from each of its six divisions to represent their 15,000th customer. Homeowners will receive a gift for 15 weeks as a way to thank them for their commitment to Eastwood Homes. In Charlotte, the 15 weeks of giving will launch at a celebration, including a photography session, at the model home in the Berewick community on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 24th.
Representing the Charlotte division are Jeffrey and Elaine Finan who are new residents in the Charlotte-area. With her husband’s promotion at Duke Energy, Elaine looks forward to building her already highly successful Juice Plus and Hydroponic Gardening businesses in the flourishing Charlotte market. Familiar with the building process from their previous house, the Finans knew they wanted to select a local builder that valued their personal input during the design of their home.
The couple chose the Caldwell floor plan, the company’s most popular ranch style home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath and a formal dining room. While it’s just the two of them, the Finans opted to add the second floor bedroom, full bathroom and loft combination to allow for years of entertaining their friends and family.
Bryan DeGabrielle, Vice President of Sales for the Charlotte Division of Eastwood Homes, commented “It has been a real pleasure experiencing our growth in the Charlotte area. Recognizing a homeowner in each division is a tremendous way to honor our growth and thank all of our 15,000+ customers for placing their trust in Eastwood Homes”
