CHARLESTON, SC – February 22, 2016- Charleston-Area New Home Builder, Eastwood Homes announces its 15,000th home closing. The company will celebrate this incredible milestone by recognizing a homeowner from each of its six divisions to represent their 15,000th customer. Homeowners will receive one gift per week for 15 weeks as a way to thank them for their commitment to Eastwood Homes. In Charleston, the 15 weeks of giving will launch at a celebration, including a photography session, at the model home in the Myers Mill community on the afternoon of Monday, February 22nd. All media contacts are invited to attend this celebration.
Representing the Charleston division is Monique Howell-Moree, a mother of three young sons who opted to settle in the Eastwood community of Myers Mill in Summerville. Monique was eager to m begin a new chapter in her life by finding a home that perfectly suited her family’s lifestyle. Monique and her sons were delighted by the Windsor floor plan that offered them open concept living with spacious bedrooms, a loft, study and more. Monique had the ability to personalize her new home at the Eastwood Homes Design Center and opted to add luxury features to her Windsor plan including silestone countertops, staggered height kitchen cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Monique is especially proud of her home as this is the first home she has purchased completely on her own after encouragement from New Home Specialist, Jacy Campbell and lender, Phil with Acre Mortgage.
