Eastwood Homes is proud to have reached 15,000 closings and to help celebrate this milestone; we are celebrating a new homeowner in each division. Our six recipients will receive a prize for 15 weeks. Let us introduce our Charlotte, Greensboro Area, and Charleston homeowners!
Representing the Charlotte division are Jeffrey and Elaine Finan who are new residents in the Charlotte area. With her husband’s promotion at Duke Energy, Elaine looks forward to building her already highly successful Juice Plus and Hydroponic Gardening businesses in the flourishing Charlotte market. Familiar with the building process from their previous house, the Finans knew they wanted to select a local builder that valued their personal input during the design of their home. The couple chose the Caldwell floor plan, the company’s most popular ranch-style home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a formal dining room. While it’s just the two of them, the Finans opted to add the second-floor bedroom, full bathroom, and loft combination to allow for years of comfortable entertaining of their friends and family.
Representing the Greensboro Area division is proud new homeowner Zina Long! Zina is a Service Delivery Manager with Fidelity Investments and is purchasing her 3rd home in our Autumn Trace community. Zina selected the Hawthorne floor plan from Eastwood Homes for the three spacious bedrooms, beautiful hardwood flooring, convenient bonus room, and cozy fire pit in the backyard. She also loved the Craftsman-style architecture of the Hawthorne plan as it blends both modern and classic designs. Zina and her long-time boyfriend, Donnie Allred, look forward to making many memories in the new space.
Representing the Charleston division is Monique Howell-Moree, a mother of three young sons who opted to settle in the Eastwood community of Myers Mill in Summerville! Monique was eager to begin a new chapter in her life by finding a home that perfectly suited her family’s lifestyle. Monique and her sons were delighted by the Windsor floor plan that offered them open concept living with spacious bedrooms, a loft, a study, and more. Monique had the ability to personalize her new home at the Eastwood Homes Design Center and opted to add luxury features to her Windsor plan including Silestone countertops, staggered height kitchen cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Monique is especially proud of her home as this is the first home she has purchased completely on her own after encouragement from New Home Specialist, Jacy Campbell, and lender, Phil, with Acre Mortgage.
