These are perfect appetizers – meatballs stacked with all of the ingredients for a deluxe bacon cheeseburger! I love SIMPLE. I love football. I love entertaining. I love eating clean and I love NO CLEAN UP even more!!!! My younger brother plays in the NFL for the Indianapolis Colts and I love the way friends and family bond over cheering him on!! #GOCOLTS

Bake up as many Farm Rich Original Meatballs as you desire, following the package instructions.
Meanwhile: Cut small pieces of American cheese to melt on top when meatballs are baked.
"Stack" your desired toppings on toothpicks. I used a piece of bacon, a small piece of ice berg lettuce and a half grape tomato.
When the baking time is up, top each meatball with a small slice of cheese, place back in the oven for a couple of minutes more to let the cheese melt.
Poke the already stacked skewer into the meatball, plate and serve.
Serve with ketchup, mayo and mustard dipping "sauce" if desired.
The funny thing about this recipe is that my mother didn’t drink a drop, but this was made for every gathering I can remember.
Fall is the time of year when my sense of adventure really kicks in. It’s the time of year when things slow down enough that I can truly reflect on how much I’ve been blessed with and all that I am thankful for. When it comes to food, that’s an area where my family is less adventurous. We stick to the basics. Every family has their own twist on Southern classics, and in our family we tend not to stray from what we all know and love. These two recipes are staples in my family and can be expected at just about any gathering.
This recipe is sure to be hit ANYWHERE! It’s super easy and so delish! This is my go to for any sporting event!!
