Your Design Studio visit is an exciting opportunity to personalize your new home and create a space that reflects your style while honoring your design budget. During your scheduled appointment, you will meet your design consultant who will guide you through our showroom displays and samples that highlight different styles, finishes, fixtures, and features. Depending on the stage of construction of your home, you will have the opportunity to choose from a range of options such as flooring, countertops, cabinetry, appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and more. You can explore different styles, materials, and finishes to suit your preferences and budget.
Physical Samples
We know that it's often easier to visualize your future home if you can see and touch actual samples of your finishes, such as cabinetry and flooring. You'll have an opportunity to do just that, and compare them to your other choices, during your visit.
Interactive Rendering Programs
State-of-the-art technology allows you to create a virtual rendering of those important wow-worthy spaces in your home, like the exterior, kitchen, bath, and living area. This service is rolling out in some of our divisions now! Check with your design studio specialist for more information.
Sample Appliances
What exactly is a counter-depth refrigerator? Measurements can be hard to envision in real life. We want you to get these choices right so your dream home is as perfect as you had hoped, so we offer full-size appliances in our design studios to help. (Available in select design studios. What to know before visiting our Design Studio.
Our Design Studios are open by appointment only so our design professionals can cater to the needs of our buyers during their design appointment. We do offer open houses, though, to allow our future buyers an opportunity to see the options available to them prior to going under contract. Click the book an appointment or contact your New Home Specialist for information on the next available open house.
Each of our markets offers a design studios for our buyers to utilize! Currently, that is Charlotte, Raleigh, and the Triad-area in North Carolina, Columbia, Charleston and Greenville in South Carolina, Atlanta in Georgia, and Richmond in Virginia.
Yes! During the pandemic, we restructured our process to accommodate virtual visits. That process continues to improve as we launch interactive floorplan and rendering services to help our buyers visualize their design selections from the comfort of their current home.
