New Location Provides 1,000 More Square Feet for Expanded Design Center
High Point, NC: Eastwood Homes, a regional home builder based in Charlotte, NC, announced that they have leased a new 4,000-square-foot office facility for their Greensboro Area Division Office.
Amanda Leach, Vice President of Sales for the Greensboro Area Division of Eastwood Homes, says the new office space is a testament to Eastwood's commitment to the area.
The larger office space will provide Eastwood’s home buyers with an expanded and updated Design Center, allowing them to see more options to customize their new home. It also has flexible space to grow beyond the five offices and conference room it already offers.
The new 4,000-square-foot office in the Pinnacle Bank Building is located at 3980 Premier Drive, Suite 120, High Point, just off Highway 68. Eastwood Homes partnered with broker Austin Petty of Price Commercial Property in High Point.
Just like in real estate and home construction, it was all about location for Eastwood Homes as they chose their new office space.
“We build from Alamance County to Davie County,” Leach said. “We picked this new office because of its location. It is centrally located, which is important because it provides easier access for our builders and sales teams, as well as our customers who will be coming in for their Design Center appointments. And it was ready, with no upfit needed except for our Design Center.”
The new Design Center will feature a kitchen with work island, partial exterior façade, lighting and bannister options, flooring and tile choices, and more.
