When we think of Homecoming, the first things that come to mind are football, tailgating, fall, and the chance to win homecoming king and queen. We are proud to announce that our Richmond and Raleigh teams won big in the 2017 Parade of Homes this homecoming season!
At our Castleton community in Henrico, our Brevard brought home several awards. This move-in ready home was awarded Overall Gold, Best Curb Appeal, Best Kitchen, and Best Bath. The Brevard is a brand-new floorplan, so it seems our architecture team did something right in its design. This versatile plan is designed with an easy flow into the dining room, breakfast area, kitchen, and family room. Outfitted with 4 spacious bedrooms, stylish bathrooms, and granite countertops- what’s not to love?
In Watermark, our Morganton model was awarded gold for a furnished townhome model! Check out the Morganton’s kitchen on the left. It’s not hard to see why it won gold. With an open-living concept, our Watermark townhomes offer up to 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus a dining area and an eat-in kitchen.
Over in Moseley, VA our Cypress model in Wynwood at Fox Creek was awarded gold for a furnished single-family home. Outfitted with a stunning white kitchen and luxurious primary bathroom, there is no wonder why we consider our Cypress the homecoming queen. Stylish with sophisticated elegance, our model allows you to visualize the versatility that our award-winning plan brings to our homeowners.
Our newest community in the Wake Forest area, Kanata Mills, won silver for a furnished single-family model home. The Roanoke is another brand-new floorplan that is as grand as its name. With 5 spacious bedrooms, including a first-floor guest suite, large flexible loft space, gourmet kitchen, and luxurious primary bathroom- we know that a lot of planning went into this design.
In Durham, North Carolina, our Ganyard Farms Morganton model won gold and the Burlington won silver for furnished townhome models. (Our Morganton plan must be a winner!) The kitchen in the Morganton is styled with dark cabinets, a light gray speckled granite, stainless steel appliances, and desirable hardwood flooring that continues throughout the first floor. The Burlington primary bedroom, pictured on the right, is a relaxing sanctuary. With soft green paint, and a touch of color with our accent pieces, we deserve the crown for this stunning suite.
We may not have been in the running for the coveted prize of Homecoming King and Queen but our competition was still pretty tough! At Eastwood, we’re proud to give our homeowners the “homecoming” of their dreams.
