Eastwood Homes is now building in the Atlanta metro region! We are so excited to share that we held our grand opening for our first community, Windsor Knoll, this month!
This marks continued growth for privately-held, family-owned Eastwood Homes. In 2017, our company announced the acquisition of Fortress Homes, another privately-held builder located in Columbia, SC. In 2018, Fortress officially become part of the Eastwood Homes brand as our seventh division. Atlanta is now our eighth division, solidifying our presence as a builder in the Southeast United States.
As part of their focus on our continued success as we grow, our founder, Carolina native Joe Stewart, and his son and business partner, Clark Stewart, have directed each step of the expansion and remained focused on providing exceptional value and outstanding craftsmanship, while delivering unparalleled customer service.
Our first Atlanta-area community, Windsor Knoll, is located in Dacula, Georgia, about 35 miles northwest of Atlanta. Its location just 15 minutes off Interstate 85 puts it in a great spot for a trip to the ATL. Located in eastern Gwinnett County, Windsor Knoll sits just 6 miles from the county seat of Lawrenceville, 11 miles from Winder, and boasts easy access to University Parkway. Yet with only 50 homesites, Windsor Knoll sets itself apart as an intimate neighborhood in the greater Atlanta region.
This community will be offering homes with brick and stone-accented exteriors, gorgeous kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, designer selections, and options like sunrooms, third floors, and sideload and/or third bay garages. Some homesites will also offer basements.
Families will appreciate large yards with wooded lots for their children to play in. The community is close to area schools, which are listed for this community as Harbin Elementary, McConnell Middle, and Archer High. Harbins Park is also located near the community.
Our model at Windsor Knoll is now open. We would love to show you around! Message our team for an appointment!
Our second community, Cambridge, is located in Flowery Branch and will open this Fall for home sales. Flowery Branch has a claim to fame as being the home of the Atlanta Falcons training camp! Located about 45 miles northwest of Hotlanta, Flowery Branch is part of Hall County. Most notably, Flowery Branch is on the shores of popular Lake Lanier.
With brick and stone exteriors, homes in Cambridge will offer the same classic curb appeal as our homes in Windsor Knoll. Our specific floorplans have not yet been announced but will offer similar designer features and personalized options, as well. This community will also provide a pool and cabana for homeowners.
Land development work for Cambridge has been underway and our model is slated to start construction very soon! If this community sounds like your next home sweet home, we would love to keep you updated on our progress through our VIP list.
More communities in the Atlanta region will be announced soon, so stay tuned for those updates as well! Sign up for our VIP list updates here.
