Last month, we highlighted our North Carolina new communities. This month, we want to share with you the exciting new communities planned for South Carolina!
We have three new Greenville communities planned in 2022, including two new single-family communities and one townhome community.
Homeowners in Harrington will enjoy two swimming pools, a playground with swings and slides, outdoor gathering areas with stone fire pits, and a covered pavilion with stone fireplaces and restrooms near the pool. This community in Greenville is only a short drive to I-185 and several of the area’s top employers including 3M Corporation and Michelin. Home designs will start in the mid $200s and include ranch-style and two- and three-story homes.
Our Greenrich Mill community in Simpsonville is in an ideal location, only three miles to I-185, and less than four miles to I-385, making commutes and travel to Greenville a breeze. Homes will include gorgeous kitchens, spa-like baths, and thoughtfully designed interiors, plus select homes will feature alley garages.
Our newest townhome community in the Greenville market will be Riverbrooke Towns in Simpsonville. Located in Greenville County, this community will feature gorgeous new Eastwood Homes townhomes with an attached garage starting at 1,678 square feet with an outstanding location less than three miles to I-385.
In Columbia, we have two communities coming soon that we can share now, including a single-family and a townhome community.
Our newest townhome community will be Kensington Place Townhomes, which will feature only 36 townhomes with garage parking and some first-floor owner’s suites. This neighborhood is in a convenient location across the street from New Providence Elementary School, less than one mile from Lexington Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Lexington. This community will include sidewalks, a planned playground, and a planned open space.
Our Ashton Lakes community in Lexington will feature a pool, cabana, and winding sidewalks. Some homesites will feature lakefront living, as well! Conveniently located off I-20, Ashton Lakes offers easy commutes to downtown Columbia and is close to shopping, dining, and Lake Murray recreation. Home designs will include one-and-two story plans featuring open living areas and dedicated work or learn-from-home spaces like lofts and home offices, gorgeous kitchens, and spa-like baths.
If you’re looking for the Charleston lifestyle, we have four new communities planned to open this year, including one townhome community and three single-family communities.
The Bluffs at Pinefield Townhomes will feature Charleston-inspired, three-story townhomes just a short drive to I-526 and just minutes to boating, sailing, and swimming on the Cooper River.
Oakley Pointe is an established community of homes convenient to Moncks Corner and Roper St. Francis Hospital, and Summerville, SC. Our gorgeous new three-story model is being built now in this pool community, so don’t delay in joining our VIP list for this community.
It will be serene, low-country living for the new residents of the Retreat at Brownswood in Johns Island. This community offers all of the convenience of shopping, dining, and exploration in historic, downtown Charleston, a short 10 miles away. Unique, Charleston-style home designs will feature raised foundations with drive-under garages, and beautiful interior, and exterior detail.
Ashley Cove is only six miles to I-26 and all the shopping, dining, and other conveniences in Summerville. With only 14 homesites, it will feature a collection of Eastwood's most popular home designs including homes with first-floor primary suites, guest suites, and optional bonus rooms.
